My story
Meet Finn, 1 year old Husky, that came to us as an owner surrender with his friend Nick. They were surrendered for his typically breed trait, escaping the fence. The Husky breed is a fun breed with the knowledge of their typical behaviors and personality traits. While some of the problem for Finn & Nick were they were both mature, unaltered males, that problem has been resolved. Finn has been tested for Heartworms, neutered, dewormed, treated for fleas & ticks, fully vaccinated and started on Heartworm preventatives. Finn is a great social dog that would appreciated by one who understands the breed. For more information, please email Stephens County Humane Society at schs@att.net, or call us at
(PETS). Our animals are spayed/neutered, UTD on shots, and treated for ticks, & fleas. Cats are tested for FeLV & FIV; and dogs are tested for heart worms.Normal adoption fee for cats is $75.00; and $100.00 for dogs, but we frequently have specials running and/or animals who have had their adoption fee sponsored, so ... call us! Let us help you find your next fur-baby!
